01. C/C (Consolidation Center) Operation
Based on vehicles production schedule, C/C(Consolidation Center) provides logistics service by :
- 1. Collecting local & overseas auto parts
- 2. Maintaining & managing inventory levels
- 3. Supplying auto parts JIT(Just In Time) to customers
- 4. Supplying auto parts JIS(Just In Sequence) to customers
- 5. Providing on time delivery & transportation of auto parts
CY(Container Yard) management / operation :
- 1. Unload & track overseas deliveries of CKD auto parts
- 2. Perform picking and feeding services for auto parts
- 3. Schedule overseas containers based on product demand
- 4. Manage container locations, container returning, etc.
GCS(Global Consolidation Service System) and GWMS(Global Warehouse Management System) :
- 1. GCS - integrated management system of C/C(Consolidation Center)
- 2. GWMS – integrated management system of extended sequencing center
- 3. Develop and manage integrated system for yard management, JIT(Just In Time) and JIS(Just In Sequence)

02. Tire/Wheel Module Line
Tires, wheels and TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) parts are assembled through a tire and wheel assembly line installed in the consolidation center to produce a module
After a quality inspection and wheel balance check, the modules will be supplied to the vehicles production line by JIS(Just In Sequence)
