‘Sympathy’, Hyundai Glovis’ counseling center for staff opened

‘Sympathy’, Hyundai Glovis’ counseling center for staff, commenced operations on July 6. At Sympathy, staff can consult a counselor regarding a variety of issues, including problems related to work, family or interpersonal relationships. The name Sympathy was selected in a staff contest. Consultations for executive and staff at the head office are available each week from 10am to 6pm on Thursdays in the consultation room in the Global Lounge, on the seventh floor of the head office. Hyundai Glovis is planning to make consultations available in regional offices by holding consultations in nearby counseling centers. Staff members who have registered for a consultation will be given an appointment time and an outside specialist will conduct a psychological evaluation and one-on-one consultation. Hyundai Glovis hopes that these consultations will reduce staff stress levels and promote psychological stability, thus promoting a happier and healthier organizational culture.
